삐죽삐죽한 가시덩굴처럼 화려하면서도 동시에 칼날처럼 유려한 곡선을 가진 글씨체를 만들어보고자 "참된 마음으로" 레터링 작업을 진행했다. 꺾이는 부분이 많은 한글의 특징을 살려 삐침을 만들면서도, 삐침으로 인해 채워지는 공간이 가독성을 해치지 않도록 분배하는 데에 신경을 기울였다. 'ㅁ', 'ㄷ', 'ㅇ', 'ㄹ' 처럼 내부 공간이 생기는 자음들을 디자인할 때 내부를 단조롭지 않게 만들면서도 장식적인 요소들이 통일되고 일관성 있게 느껴지도록 그려냈다.

This lettering project, featuring the phrase "With Sincerity," explores a custom typeface that is both ornate like thorny vines and graceful like the flowing curve of a blade. Drawing inspiration from the angular characteristics of Hangul, I emphasized its sharp strokes while carefully balancing the negative space to ensure that the decorative elements did not compromise legibility. Particular attention was given to consonants with enclosed counters, such as ㅁ, ㄷ, ㅇ, and ㄹ, designing their interior spaces to be visually engaging rather than monotonous. At the same time, ornamental details were developed with a consistent visual language, creating a unified and cohesive typeface throughout.
